Het CAK is een bestuursorgaan wat in Nederland verantwoordelijk is voor het berekenen van de eigen bijdrage in de zorg en welzijnssector. Als je bijvoorbeeld gebruikt maakt van een voorziening van de WMO, jeugdwet of WLZ ben je in Nederland verplicht om een eigen bijdrage te betalen. De hoogte van deze eigen bijdrage wordt berekend op basis van je inkomen en situatie. Als je alvorens zorg aan te vragen, een inschatting wilt hebben van de hoogte van jouw eigen bijdrage, kun je dit gemakkelijk berekenen op de site van het CAK
